To all: In addition to discussing tonight's screening of "Freak" to potential distributors at Creative Artists in Beverly Hills, Reynolds also touched on other areas of current progress with NSKY projects during our conversation. "The Godmother": Progress is being made in efforts to finalize a producer and actors. These completed details will put Reynolds in a stronger position when making presentations to investment bankers or others interested in financing the project. While a financing deal is not dependent on a completed distribution deal for "Freak", it could help tremendously. Reynolds would be able to show that New Sky is still able to make and sell a movie, based on recent accomplishments. To help clear up some questions about "The Godmother", Reynolds pointed out that New Sky owns the script and rights and will be executive producer. He would not go into specifics, but many different methods of doing the financing are being discussed. At this time, he does not plan to use any profits derived from the "Freak" distribution in financing "The Godmother". Whichever way NSKY goes on the financing, it will finally come down to New Sky getting a percentage of the profits, similar to the 33 percent we get for "Freak". Reynolds again said he wants to have as much as possible in place so that a PR on "The Godmother" makes as much impact as possible in trade publications as well as financial markets. There are many factors that will determine when that PR will be issued and we know Reynolds does not like to issue interim or "fluff" PRs. What we do know is, when he does put out a PR on "The Godmother", it will be significant. MoviePlace.com: Discussions are currently in progress about plans for changes to the site. Included are ways to move ahead Reynolds' plan for MoviePlace.com to become an agent for independent movie production (bringing independents and money men together). Hopefully by Labor Day, after the summer doldrums, plans call for a regularly-scheduled audio (radio type) presentation, including interviews and discussions about various movies. It will be accessible with a click on the site. Promoted properly, it is expected to be a popular feature. What they are aiming toward is video taping the MoviePlace audio program and syndicating it on TV, much like the Siskel & Ebert program was. Also, plans are being finalized for the site to have a news group, bulletin board type area for people like you and me. It would be interactive where we could discuss movies we've seen, etc. Mike Cidoni also plans to spend some time participating in those discussions. It will be a lot of fun for all of us who love the movies and they believe it will be a big plus for MoviePlace.com. That's about all I can remember. I have to admit that even an old guy like me gets excited when looking at the potential for our investment. Reynolds is certainly not in a standstill mode.
