I would say that this society is in big trouble since the clown jurists of this era have opened Pandora's Box. They have let you eat poison and they let someone else flavor the poison so it is palatable. The battle now is between the hack lawyers at the SEC and the amateur jurists pretending to know some law at the DOJ and myself. They don't have a chance. I have the lessons of history on my side and they have imprudence and expediency. The SEC is so busy with Gates that they are letting the foxes rob the hen house. Fine civil servants. If they don't knock this one down, it will knock this society down. Santayana where are you? Dead.
