Thanks, I'm reading the stuff and I'm trying to understand the logic of this deal as though I were a MAN shareholder. So, far the deal is upside down and appears to be heading for another round of severe dilution. Unless management has the oink in a big boardroom somewhere and they have a flip in mind, it doesn't figure yet to me. I'm trying and when in doubt I've found it's always better to be short especially after a good news release and the qualification of cheap stock.
