And when was the last time you posted anything positive about FCM? Outside of your usual innocuous "questions", your posts seem as useless as the rest of the twits here. As far as the lawsuits/anything else to do with the running of the company goes, I trust management to do the right thing and maximize my investment. Whatever it is, they will deal with it!! I don't intend to play "Monday morning quarterback" with the management or second-guess what they do. If I ever feel that the trend of important things (such as revenues and net operating earnings) are going in the wrong direction, I'll quietly sell all of my position and never look back, but I'll never come back and post negative innuendos.....I have more important things to do with my time, such as seeing how far I can spit on a calm day. I work hard for my money, just as you. And when I invest it, I expect the "truth" from a company! With your history of innuendo and "questionable" posts here, you wouldn't recognize the truth if it slapped you in the face! It's real simple Mike, if you don't like what's going on, vote with your pocket book and sell the stock. Have you ever seen or heard anything about FCM that you liked? I doubt it!
