Bill,i mean ones that announce default on bonds.Iridium is the only name i know where equity will fare better than bonds.

The mistake there is people look at low bond price and go aha stock over valued. In reality stock should be higher than the bonds, because of their better bargaining positon at the restructuring table.

Every name is different, and you have to be very shrewd to make money on shorts consistently.

Stocks like iridium and mu are overshorted, with both having no catalyst yet.

Can you go before the judge and GUARANTEE by such and such a date that this stock will be lower or zero,if you can't it's just an intellectual gamble.

On my shorts i CAN GUARANTEE by such and such a date that they will be zero.

Food for thought..
