I am also waiting for the knife to stop. But as with many others on this board some of my position was bought at 6,7,8,and9 3/4. lets look at this dimd deal in perspective. To reduce costs and bring prduct to the market in a timely fashion is fantastic. BUT this is really a somewhat small deal in relationship to cash/stock 700m / (170m dimd COST OF DEAL TODAY OR 340M in oct) With 50M authorized shares waiting in the siii treasury -18M for DIMD deal SIII could easily pulloff 2 more deals wich I hope will be well recieved by the street. Would POTTS have stated all this noise knowing that the July 15 numbers were bad? NO WAY right who knows good luck. Sean

Sure would be nice if DIMD reached 9(I have position). However it is not plausible that there is an unwritten understanding between two companies. If there was a price collar it would have to be in the public disclosure.
