The effect a move like this would have on BLLS is minimal, remember that BLLS is going after the small scale market filling the gap that the bigger fish leave behind.

If anything it would stimulate smaller banks, and SL's to consider keeping in stride with the big boy's (Chase, Wells, First Union), and to do this the smaller banks would need the services of a Company like Billserv who caters to the small - mid billers.

Remember that CKFR and Transpoint are Gorilla's in this industry and BLLS is merely picking up the pieces. The EBPP market has huge growth potential with ample room for numerous entries. BLLS is positioning itself to get a good market share of EBPP.

Lastly, the announcement of the banks going against CKFR was not the sole reason for CKFR losses yesterday, CKFR had also just announced a SPO. However this is all just my opinion and any other comments on this issue are more than welcome.

I would like to her TL's views on this subject if you are still participating in this thread.

Thanks
