If you read any press release you see the same safe harbor statement so stop reading more in to it then is necessary. Just curios are you trying to invest in this company? Are you trying to bring the price down so you can get some cheap shares? I don't know and since I got to stay home today I will place a call to ADOT to confirm your "report" regarding the panels not being ready by the end of the year.
