The timing of all this still fascinates me: Immediately after the secondary pricing. It is as if they did not want to make CKFR management really angry. I am concerned, though, that the CKFR management did not know this was coming. Why keep a trusted partner so clearly out of the loop? Unless, of course, you plan on usurping their core business. As for the CC, I am not too impressed with how CKFR defended themselves. Tell the world that payment is where CKFR makes their money, not presentment. Don't simply say that you are going to compete vigorously. It sends the wrong message. I think we trade quite a bit lower from here. Regards, Erik (IMO)
