e.Digital is the new name of Norris Communications as of January, 1999. The name was changed in at the annual meeting to reflect the company's focus on embedded digital technology. Check EDGAR for NCII (the old symbol) and you will find that the company is fully compliant with all reporting requirements of the SEC. The new 10-K will be filed under the e.Digital name on June 30, 1999. By the way, one click of your mouse on the title of this message thread would have taken you back to the original post and given you the Norris name. Please check more carefully before implying that a public company is a scam. Jim

Paul: To be conscientious --- to avoid defaming a decent company --- a person should assume the burden of discovering the truth rather than demanding that others prove him inaccurate. Your antipathy for penny-stock hypesters may be just, but your cavalier assault on EDIG tends to put you in a similar class.
