My notes:

- Tens of Ku of K7 this Q and hundreds of Ku next Q. Systems in August

- 650MHz in Q3 and 700 MHz in Q4

- 100/133MHz SDRAM; No RDRAM for the near future (our performance is good with 100/133)

- Intel sold packages ASPs (chipsets, motherboards, Celrons) at lower prices than equivalent K6-2s. This was offered to only second/third tier guys so probably was an invenotory clearance

- Did not lose business at Tier 1 vendors; Expect to keep these sockets in Q3

- Q2 PC Biz was week; Tier 1s expect Q3 to be good; Q4 too early tell because of concerns about Y2K

- Chose to walk away from business instead of killing ASPs

- "Sanity will prevail" going forward because we now have high end parts

- Cyrix expected to have little effect in Q3/Q4

- Dresden loan covenants renegotiated so no need for stock offering

- US Retail Mobile share in May climbed up to 48.7% !! Desktop roughly flat at 42%

- 500MHz K6-2 will be the main thrust in sub 1k systems
