10-K for EDIG should be out soon. It was filed around the 25th last year.

Paul,

You will find, upon further investigation, that the primary causes of the increase in the price of e.Digital stock this year were a series of press releases which detail new business relationships with IBM, Lucent and Lanier. In the case of IBM and Lucent the press releases were issued by those companies, which further supports the credibility of e.Digital.

The Lanier relationship alone is expected to generate sufficient revenues to put e.Digital solidly in the black this year. The initial shipment (which began last week) was for $3 million.

Jim

After apologizing for your major(unintentional?) gaffe, you
managed to squeeze in a mention of the past losses?
Tell me, when driving, do you look forward, or keep your
major focus on the rear view mirror??
