Frankly, I think TSIS is not popular because the upside appears a bit limited at this point. Also, the company appears to have a ratable increase in sales (and profits); therefore, one can just as easily jump in Nov or next year as now. On the flip side, it certainly looks like a sure thing to increase from $.38 to $.75 in the next 6 months. Let me see, where shall I put that $1mm?

Maybe the reason the stock has hovered around .40 is because Don has NOT put out any news. If you will remember, it seemed that every time news came out, the stock went down!
