>>>How will The Exchange derive revenues?

They won't. The one thing that gives me a little hope that they under funded this venture is that they mentioned profits. IMHO, if they knew what they were getting into, they wouldn't mention profits and the reason they are getting into this is not for the profits. TransPoint had an almost identical launch in 1997, mention profits and a product by years end.

Hey here's why personally I'm not sweating this all this much...I'm wide across the segment. Companies like e-docs, Just-In-Time, BlueGill are companies that do this and are totally pure in what you talk about, but are private. However I've been aware of another in this space that is small and public which has been repositioning itself in this space to do just this, INTF up 50% or so in the last month...trades thin...in transition to this segment as an implementor of presentment for billers, in bed with TransPoint. Chart is almost reverse of CKFR over the last 6 months...I hold a large position, watched it go down as CheckFree went up, now it's moving up as this goes down.

AGAIN trades EXTREMELY thin and has no float...IE don't chase the damm thing if you are interested...but it's worth the radar, because there are limited pure plays in implementation which are public. FWIW.
