<<Patience, grasshopper.>>

LoD: Have I heard this sage advice somewhere before <G> ?

You're are one of the more patient investors out there.....it hasn't been a bad approach has it? Everyone wishes they were in the next Ariba....now, that's a great firm to be invested in IF you got into the IPO...of course since its up almost 300% on day 1 it's priced for perfection. We don't have that problem with NETP <G>....yet, we could use a little of Ariba's volume and momentum. Maybe Paul Allen will buy some additional NETP shares in one of his offshore accounts and drive up the price quickly -- just kidding. Actually I think the Paul Allen factor is significant....look at all the firms he is incubating (like Go to Net and Mercata). They both would be great candidates for NETP products and services. Stay tuned.....Then again I sure would rather have CMGI buy NETP instead of Alta Vista. Who knows what will happen in the long term. I still have a large position in this company and intend to hold my shares.

Best Regards,

Scott

Hmmm....I think there is more going on behind the scenes at NETP than most investors realize.

Patience still could pay off <G>.
