Dipy, I checked the chart again. My dates were somewhat off, because the economic effects we witnessed were delayed vis a vis the hit to oil prices. Nonetheless, if you bought XON in '81 you didn't break even till '84.

By the way, the PE on XON right now is 34!! Eeks, doesn't that scare you just a bit? It would me for a paltry 2.2 % dividend!

Well, I remember you selling LSI to buy MO at the time, and now that I look at MO's chart I don't see where it got you since MO is also at break even.
