IS this the answer to UPCA?

Negotiations have been under way whereby the successful completion of these tests will create the catalyst for the major financing needed for worldwide distribution of Mr. Flores' formulation, known as ''Plasma Plus,'' and immediately set up the manufacturing process for the treatment serum to back up the worldwide distribution process.

Still looks iffy.

Hi Matt!!!

Thanks for that find. I agree if this aids research is ground breaking, then it SHOULD be splattered all over the national media.
I have a "wait and see" atitude on this stock. I would not get in until I see this company discused in mainstream media....
that would make for a smart investment...until then its a watch.
