JFD, At first what you said is how i understood her but she seems to have contradicted herself--and reasserted her bullishness also.
She also mentioned only modest inflation possible---that implies no big rate hikes by the Fed, meaning market can go higher.

As i see it 1/4 point with a "neutral bias" is expected next week. How can one have a tightening bias --- they would rather increase by 1/2 if that was possible.
1/4 is nothing, IMHO. It can't really push the retail investors to the exits. Where are they going to go---the bond market?<g>

AJC also said that the market is fully valued in a letter to G Sachs customers on Tues. She followed that up with an indication that earnings will be strong this quarter providing the upside potential. This is day old news (even though she said it on CNBC today), so I don't think it will affect the markets tomorrow.
