FWIW - refer: thomsoninvest.net Type LOD in ticker entry and click GO. The institutional selling interest reflected on this page are 200k at 6 7/16 and 50K at 6 9/16. Judging from the market action, the total daily volume and the pie chart which reflects institutional activity at approx 35%, the 200k block for sale at 6 7/16 may have been withdrawn or only partially executed and subsequently withdrawn. The 6 9/16 selling interest was not touched but for about 8k total traded at that price. Your immediate concern is to hurdle that 6 9/16 seller and hope that the seller at 6 7/16 does not come back to haunt you... 200K is a lot of shares for a thinly traded issue. Of course there were also buying interests shown but they're non-committal on the price they want to pay I don't know this company so I can't give you anything else. Cheers, SF
