Gersh: You are right about the Arms. It was above 1 early this morning. At that time, I was taking a beating at the hands of my dentist. I missed it completely. I just did not recognize it when I checked this source today.

The Quote.com shows a close of .97; Yahoo shows .90; and the WSJ-Interactive shows .92. These numbers are close enough.

The move above 1 would have been consistent with the initial decline due to the futures in globex overnight. Then the market settled down somewhat during the day. However, it weakened a bit at the end also.

Gersh: I just checked the two Arms numbers again. From noon to 2 PM the quote.com has it between 1.00 and 1.10. However, the Yahoo data has it under 1 during that period.

I will have to check on this over the next few days.
