ALL: Great digging, Paullie. Sega? MSFT? Intel and At Home etc, etc . . Isn't BDE about due for a news release? Or do they plan on just keeping such deals to themselves? Dreamcast is supposedly better than even Sony's Playstation II.

It is always a pleasure being around one of these in the beginning stages. . . I like the way we get impressed so often as we discover BDE links in major corporation websites.

As for UOLP. . .while it is ALWAYS uncomfortable for investors, when an issue chooses convertible debentures over bank loans. . .there are fair deals, bad deals and rotten deals. This one seems to be somewhat fair, in that it is not floorless. . .and is based on a fairly recent stock price and not all that many shares. . . with warrants that are over double what we paid. So for most of us, it isn't all that bad, except for a small amount of dilution in 90 days.

And that explains why today's news barely affected the price. Some convertible debentures dilute in the tens of millions of shares or are floorless. . .which incents holders to short the stock down to nothing before converting [legal or not]. . . .this one has far less effect, in my opinion. . . .but I would have preferred them just going to a bank or finding some institutional investors.

Office Depot obviously saw an ENORMOUS amount of illegal insider trading minutes before [and after] the bell today. Anthony started another thread today for going after criminals, etc. Perhaps he would be interested in pursueing that one. I don't have time to find great trades and raise a family and be a crime fighter, too.

Hope everyone took some profits on Inets/Hi-techs this week. . . .
