Earnings were not important to share price last announcement David, why should it be
this time? Fundementals? How can anybody calculate without information from FCM,
such as real orders, real customers, price per order, salaries, etc.

Mike, IMHO these are fair questions the are not nonsense! In view of that I will attempt a real live forthright answer.

1. So far USAT appears to be FCM's largest single hardware customer. Some, rightly so, may assume that this is just a "flash in the pan" and other large (or larger) contracts may not be in FCM's future. If this is the case, FCM's revenues/earnings will not grow at an acceptable rate.

2. The only "fundamentals" we have to go on are what we know now. My guess is that USAT will eventually become very profitable and also overcome the "taint" laid on them by the SEC halt. If that is the case, it's also my guess that other companies will want to know what equipment USAT is using and will possibly become sources of future revenues/earnings to FCM. FCM will have to prove that revenues/earnings are predictable and sustainable.

4. I believe that the management of FCM/FNet knows very well what they have to do to increase stockholder value. I've placed my bet and we will just have to wait and see what FCM/FNet tells us when they are ready to tell us.
