<<<Dell is expected to buy fully two thirds of the Rambus

Nolimitz, Rambus doesn't make chips, memory suppliers like Samsung, Micron et. al. do. If Dell has secured 2/3 supply, it's from these multiple memory vendors, not Rambus.
