Interesting comment Tobin---Things have been pretty quiet and I was not surprised with this strategy when the IT sector went into the dumpster a couple of weeks ago. It look as though the internets are breathing a little easier again these days and I am surprised we have not gotten an update from the company. Things are winding up tight my guess is that they are pretty busy getting the mechanics of the site prototyped and tested and retested. My impression of Clement from a couple of phone coversations with him is that he is a perfectionist. I can tell you one thing, he is excited about the opportunity to create this company and seems a determined type. I anticipate more lackluster trading till the end of the month and then I believe things will become much more interesting. Dan

The 2 page summary included with the new investor packet indicated that Insider holdings are 65% and that fiscal year end is June 30th. I wonder if the lack of news has anything to do with the timing of the year end? Dan
