Carl, I don't think that the Taiwanese foundries moving from DRAM to logic is a plus for MU. It just means that the Taiwanese are flexible enough to profit from the good times and look elsewhere in the bad times. When the price picks up, they will be back. Micron has nowhere to go so they have to play in the bad times.

Carl, Watch out for those announcements. The Taiwanese said they would switch to foundry by 2001. Hardly relevant to today's glut. And the Japanese always announce shifts from obsolete models to new ones as capacity cutbacks. They always turn out to be huge increases in Mbit production.
