It's clear to me that she was sounding a note of caution about ONE contrary indicator. Speaking as someone who is long technology stocks, in my opinion, it is a GOOD thing for us to consider the downside risks of our investments, and from what I know of Katherine, that is likely the spirit in which she offered her post.
