NAMC someone mentioned this earlier today I usually stay away from these types of companies on the long side but really like their concept. Arbitration and mediation costs throughout the states are astronomical. If these could be settled on a private bid like basis where the company tries to match settlement amounts for a small fee, insurance companies alone would flock to this service which could be astonomical let alone the private sector.

If anyone knows of another company already doing this please let me know. If not I may buy a chunk tomorrow.
With the right promo and advertising I would expect this concept to really fly. Imagine if this type of mediation became a prerequesite to actual hearings, most cases wouldn't even make it in the courtroom.
Everyone has a number in their minds when trying to settle a case, if private bids could be matched via the internet to settle these cases it would be a major victory. Even if the company does not settle the dispute the parties still render their fee for service

Very interesting, float is 2mil. could be very fun !
