Runner, I'm still here. This "may" be a safe place to be in this market. There is something to be said for being the last to leave. Nobody left to talk about you. OT I had an uncle who worked for Sinclair Oil. Sinclair was bought out and offices shut down. My uncle and 3 others were all that were lift in the credit union in their city. They ended up with all assets, which included a large office building downtown. That won't happen here unless it happens to JJ and cronies....jc
