they monitor the threads....I don't want CC's Vancouver buddies at Cannacord to chase me

LOL...if I remember I didn't say the greatest things about him other than he can make a stock move really fast. Maybe I should start using an alias instead of my real name.

2.) " He said this was a one time deal to raise some more cash"...this is scary...it's like playing the guaranteed hot IPO market to build a portfolio!!!

Actually he said JDX wasn't planning on doing investments to raise more capital and were more concerned with getting a new business. In his words "when this deal came to Mr. Staubt it was an opportunity JDX couldn't pass up". I see your point about playing the hot IPO market but JDX does have the choice of not converting it to shares after the IPO comes out and just getting back their money plus 8%. However since JDX is in way lower than the IPO price I can't see how this isn't a win/win situation.

Company hardly needs more cash...they need to 'get operating'

I agree, but I also have nothing against JDX making a fairly safe investment that could net them a very health sum in a short period of time. When I invest medium/long term in a company I want to the company increasing shareholder value. This move sure looks like it will increase shareholder value significantly so I am not complaining.

I also hope they "get operating" soon. However I would also rather than get the right deal than rushing into the wrong one. I have waited this long and plan on waiting this one out.

Best Regards
KEITH
