R.E.B: I have a legal question. If "someone" threatens to sue you regarding a post you made on SI to that "someone" and that "someone" says he/she is going to sue you just so you will incur legal fees and that "someone" states that as the motive on SI...what is your recourse if that "someone" does indeed sue?

Can said statement be used in one's defense?
