Hi Rick,

Although I agree that PYNG is not going to start setting the world a fire in the next few days will anyone remember or care if they got there shares at the very bottom or 20-30 cents above the bottom when this stock is trading in the $8-10 range (or purchased for $100-125 M by J&J)?

Not trying to hype the stock, but the facts that I look to the most are these:

Total market cap: $11.7 M (Cdn)
Total Shares outstanding: 9 M (I think this is fully diluted, if I am mistaken, let me know)
Total shares owned by insiders; 7 M (6.5 by the Pres!).
Amount of shares being sold at this level: Almost Zilch.
Shares sold by insiders during the last run-up: Almost nil.
Years invested by Jacobs: 10 (I believe)

Potential of the product: Very high, albeit unproven yet.

Thus, the basement dwelling may go on for a little while longer, but the ride upward will be swift (IMO).

I'm betting on Jacobs, as he has alot more to gain (and lose) than the rest of us combined.

Comments are welcome.

Cheers,

Chris
