MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 1999--CIS.com Inc. (OTC BB:CISI) announced
today that the company is well ahead of schedule on its secure shopping online computer product mall.

The ''Demo Mall'' project is due out at the end of this month and will feature a preview of things to come.

As of this morning, the master database program and database templates used to sort through hundreds of thousands of
combined brand name computer products from multiple manufacturers has been completed.

This program enables the company to rapidly process data received from the world's largest and most efficient distributors of
brand name computer products. With this technology and its capabilities, CIS.com Inc. expects to offer cutting edge
technology products as well as keep all of its products and prices current on a regular basis.

Customers will be able to find exactly what they are looking for more easily. The program allows the company to offer online
product search capabilities in much more detail than any other site we have seen to date. Not only will visitors be able to search
by brand names, but they will now be able to search for their products in plain English, or the language of the country where the
mall is located.

An example might be: A customer is looking for a new battery for his/her notebook computer. He/she will be able to search for
the right product by using any criteria such as the brand name, model number, battery type, or by simply typing in a word like
''battery'' or ''accessories''. This process will save visitors valuable time and money as well as making their product search a
breeze.

All of the products to be offered will be organized in easy to find major and minor categories as well as additional
sub-categories. Not including the thousands of manufacturer's brand names, CIS.com has identified over 1,800 search criteria.
From accessories to telephony and beyond, ecismall.com will have it all.
