International Mining & Exploration Corporation (OTC BB:IMEF) has been in contact and discussions with CIS.com, Inc. for many weeks. Both companies have agreed to a joint venture for this project since CIS.com, Inc. made the decision to build online computer product malls both in the United States and Canada. The project will include many professional companies from around the world. By utilizing experts in their homelands for marketing and design purposes, IMEF and CIS.com, Inc. expect to better market their products and services in their specifically targeted areas.
