<Here is one thing you can take to the bank: the stock of either Digital River or Beyond will suffer greatly if one is chosen by Amazon over the other.> No Doug, if Amazon pays a decent price (which they will for the reason you mentioned), just the reverse will happen. Amazon's acquisition price will establish a benchmark acquisition price for the 'reject.' Remember lcos' run after athm bought xcit? Remember rnwk's run after yhoo bought bcst? Just two recent examples.

Doug -It may be better to buy stocks that EBAY deals with -GLXY looks very strong today with its press release on its search engine. What I meant by warehouse includes data storage --as in downloading too. Easy to establish and it doesn't cost near 1 billion dollars. JIM
