As for waterhouse services, if you can get a hold with on the phone, then thing will be done. I normally spent around 15 to 20 mins before got to talk to someone. I had run into many difficulties of the web went down and ended up losing around 40,000 in total on profit and some case even lost big. Lately, TWE online seems to got their act together. Steve
