You'd be amazed at how little info was available on this one at first---on reading what the company did means nothing to a person who spent a life in the non-tech world. I also inquired on a couple other tech threads as to what was their chip and what made it so special. I have concluded that I got no reponses as the techies were themselves clueless. The BW editor obviously knew something and my hat's off to him for making it one of his top ten picks for 1998--just wish he went beyond"it has a hot chip". In restropect I think the answer is to go make inquires of known tech world investor specialist who make their whole living on knowing and understanding the tech sector. I am now a subcriber to Red Herring,and reading it closely. I have thought of subscribing to Michael Murphy's publication--is this of value? Thanks,Max90
