For those who bought ITEL because of DCTC merge, Good news
ITEL trading again the bid is up to $2 3/16 now at 8:50am E.
How silly for those selling ITEL at $ 1/8 a while ago.

I am holding DCTC tight and might buy more , I didn't sell 1 single
share of DCTC as well as ITEL since the suspension.

Hope will not disappoint .

This is an old arrangement:
04-07-1998
prnewswire.com
"DCI has retained Houlihan Lokey as its exclusive financial advisor and investment banker in connection with the Company's corporate finance and M&A objectives. Specifically, Houlihan Lokey has been hired to assist the Company to raise $20 million on an immediate basis, for various strategic acquisitions, identify acquisition candidates and advise the Company on the same, and sell the Company's non-core assets which possibly includes certain rights to over 200 films including rights to over a dozen of the Godzilla series films."

This is a newer development:
04-13-1999
prnewswire.com
"To review some of the alternatives that have been initiated by the company or by others, we will retain a premier investment banking firm for assistance."

Due to the "Z / SEC" connection I'm sure this was sidetracked. We should look for FAQ or P/R Newswire to future progress in this regard... And if/when we see it, Mr. Z's buddies a$$es and short positions may be fried.
