Eli: LOL! Yah, well, you know I was walking down Broadway today(NYC) and I happened to walk past a fine example of the Reagan/Clinton administrations policies of releasing the mentally "challenged" onto the streets via funding cutbacks. This poor soul was scruffy, out of sorts with himself, and carrying on quite a lucid conversation with the air around him. He wasn't begging, he wasn't asking for a handout, he was just standing there talking to himself while the crowd ignored him as it swirled by. This was, and is, the best policy. Ignore him. John~
