I'll continue to test them in the next couple of weeks but NDB and EGRP will get the bulk of my trades.

I had a market order (on TSCM, also not an obscure stock) at E*Trade that according to time stamps took 20 minutes to execute. This could have been just a delay in reporting the transaction, but I doubt it. The price I got was a point less than it should have been (according to two different real time quote servers, FreeRealTime and Schwab) and was approximately correct for the time the report came back. I sent them an email and they replied that trades had to execute in the order they were entered. This was, of course, bullshit because in those 20 minutes I watched only about a dozen trades go through. This was NOT a full book.
