Hi Clint.

I live in an older part of St. Paul. I can't believe the way home prices have skyrocketed around my neighborhood, not to mention other parts of St. Paul. My mother's home value has risen probably 60% as well. The poorer/crime ridden parts of the town have seen values decline. I think the prices for homes in the suburbs are outrageous. Hardly worth what they are asking, imho. I can't speak for outstate areas.

Interestingly, my taxes have actually gone DOWN. We have a fairly substantial goverment surplus($4bln), hence a cut.
