Do you understand this press release?

biz.yahoo.com

Don't you think what they are saying verges on fraud?

Its just baffling how companies like this trade above $1...

Hello Mr. Wexler: CVSN
CVSN has traded 100 shares today at 11:33 EDT. I checked with a broker and they had no indication of a halt. I find no news either. Usual volume is around 50K sh/day. Does anyone have any clues as to what is going on? Any level I or II participants--how many market makers are there for CVSN?

Because of the peculiar lack of trading I cancelled my buy order to box. Given their fundamentals, a tumble is more likely than anything in my estimation. I had intended to box for a modest profit on my current short and then leg out top side after the expected announcement, anticipating a temporary pop and possible difficulty in finding shares to short after the forthcoming announcement.
Best regards,
m

Hello Mr. Wexler: CPU takes more charges
CPU is taking additional charges and balling up a little while trying to change its stripes. See:
biz.yahoo.com
I am surprised by this. I thought Q4 was to be breakeven. With a recent trading range around 8, now I expect CPU to visit the 5-6 range again. I was net short, having missed legging out the short leg at 7 a couple of times. Now I think I will wait for 6 and go net long thereabouts, particularly in anticipation of a buyout. They have management that could be sacrificed in a buyout and locations and cash making them a possible takeover candidate. CPU management appears to me to have lost the 'grip'. Time to graciously benefit the shareholders by stepping out properly.
Best regards,
m
