I believe that is the second time they've used this wording in a company release (yesterday's release being the first). "Battery development" is not mentioned today.

This is like kissing your cousin, but a very distant wealthy cousin who has a LOT of credibility and blesses you as the chosen heir. I think you are missing that they are supplying batteries (cells) not just material, and that they meet the specs of Alliant and the US government.
