G.E,

You have some valid point in your post,
BUT,
if you are no longer a DCTC investor and you are not a DCTC shorter
THEN,
why bother posting again and again during this hard time,
Do you need any shares or you just have a Nature of making yourself
happy by putting some salt in our blood.

Thanks
WM

I was merely pointing out that it was yet another in a long string of "unfortunate" events to have plagued this poor company

George, good observations. Do you have any additional information regarding in how many of these and how deeply involved is a certain "Z and friends" for the more serious "unfortunate" events?

I have noticed that certain parties have somewhat insulated themselves from counter prosecution by attacking the Company indirectly from outside the borders of the U.S., or have the ability to exit the Country on a moments notice, permanently, if desired.

Other stooges have not been as savvy in the CYA department.

As I suggested when the first stooge Gen X junior esquire posted on S.I., shareholders should consider bring action against the firm he represented. At this time that list of potential defendants within the U.S. is growing. Perhaps at the annual DCI meeting, some of us may informally talk about this further.
