In 12 years I've seen probably 6 or 7 IPO cancellations but never a secondary (I even considered the possibility). Kinda weird that they don't cancel both sides, but it works for me - flipped my secondary shares same day for 1/4 point profit, then with most analysts trying to put a positive spin on the deal yesterday, did some bottom fishing at 28ish for an expected bounce. Already out this AM as I expect most won't need to chase this much higher and the "new" fundamentals haven't changed with cancellation, and I don't really see it going much higher shorter term.
