Clueless, as they must realize the game is over. Although since their shares more than likely have a cost basis of less than $1, I imagine every cent they can get out of this POS is better than nothing.

Sometimes it is better to shut up and avoid bringing attention to an issue. NCDR is halted. Instead of doing so, Porcari and Steve continue to post messages and draws more attention to the issue. Why?

I think we have an answer.

That makes me, and all the shareholders I know, very happy with our stock ownership positions in NCDR. And I for one, look forward to the opening, on the BB or Pinks, to purchase more stock.

Seems Arthur is confident that he'll be able to trade shares of NCDR on the Pink Sheets. That certainly would eliminate all those annoying disclosure requirements. Right now, Arthur says he's planning to buy. I guess he could always change his mind later. <g>
