From the JCB release regarding the timing of the Exchange release: "We detest the timing of this announcement and what it did to the stock. " Seems the "Exchange" folks got themselves off on the wrong foot. The timing was no accident, but it looks like the major houses, including ML in particular, are likely not to look kindly on such a tactic. This could sting this bunch for some time. Got a bunch of yahoos running the show over there. Low probability it will go anywhere. Pissed of a lot of investors too, many of which are probably their customers. Their PR people should be castrated.
