I have not touched them since the spring of 1997, the only time I have touched them in the '90's.

Hi Bill, I am buying treasury strips at 6.5% to 6.6% yields.

Most strips around 12 to 14 year maturity are yielding this type of interest.Price around $370 to $450 per bond strip.

The November 27, strip is priced around $170 - $172 per bond strip

I may think to establish a spread by selling the underlying bond. Priced at $1340 to $1400 per bond. (depending on wen they were issued be careful to buy/sell same date of maturity) Leverage 2 to 1.

Yearly cost - apx. 3.3% upside potential can be substantial and well depends on interest rates <G>

Would appreciate your comments on SI or in a PM

Thanks

Internet gambling and internet brokers are similar. Both deal in online wagering and all cash transactions.

Now the question is, are you thinking up a creative use of the word "myth" for your appearance? Tom Dorsey might be watching you and looking for inspiration <ggg>
