I guess if I were the CEO, I would put out a number of PR annoucements to enhance interest, over a number of days, leading up to the largest annoucement at the end. Perhaps we will not get any annoucement of PO's, but rather a line on the income statement that says Revenue. For me, that would be worth more than a PO annoucement. As has been stated before, VLNC would not be the one to annouce OEM PO's. They would leave that up to the OEM. Also, correct me if I am wrong, VLNC sells the cells to a battery manufacterer who puts the battery together with the necessary electrical componants. VLNC could book revenue with product shipped to a battery manufacterer before an OEM necessarily announces the inclusion of the battery in their product.

Just speculating.
