i would agree that some sort of buy
coverage is coming from Oppenheimer

OTOH, the news from San Francisco is casting a pall on IFCI stock today and I doubt any action by Oppenheimer would be able to dispel it. The hold-up action by the SF City Council does present a nice IFCI "buying opportunity" for those who aren't risk averse.
