LOS ANGELES, Jun 24, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- JoeNaughton,
Chairman of Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB:JNNE), announced
today that GoOn-line, the e-commerce subsidiary of Jones Naughton
Entertainment, has signed a merchandising agreement with Internet
e-commerce leader Fifth Avenue Channel Corporation (Nasdaq:FAVE).

Per terms of the agreement, Fifth Avenue Channel will become a major
supplier of e-commerce products and services to GoOn-line's streaming
video cyber-market (http://www.GoOn-line.com).

Fifth Avenue Channel Corporation offers a wide variety of products and
financial services through its e-commerce Web site
5thavenuechannel.com, through major home shopping channels
and through other Web sites via its E-commerce Solutions Division.

Ivana Trump is the host of Fifth Avenue's e-commerce Web site and
upcoming television channel. Ivana brings immediate recognition,
awareness and worldwide publicity to Fifth Avenue's marketing
endeavors.

Fifth Avenue Channel will work with Jones Naughton's GoOn-line
subsidiary through Fifth Avenue's E-commerce Solutions Division. Fifth
Avenue Channel's appealing and diversified list of products will be
well suited for the GoOn-line market.

Melvin Rosen, President and CEO of the company since May, 1997, has a
broad range of experience in satellite, cable and broadcast television
-- both from a production and operation standpoint as well as from the
