Howard, I actually find it somewhat comforting that these surveys are holding at around 10%.

I agree. But investor sentiment can change on a dime. With interests rates rising and valuations at historically high levels, Y2K is only one of several factors that lead me to believe that the next big move in the market is more likely down than up.

I've mostly liquidated my trading account but I plan to let my mutual funds ride.
